Objectives of the Association:

- being a means for Humanists, Atheists, Free-Thinkers, Materialists, to reach each other;

- presentation of our atheistic philosophy, opinions, ideas, and reviews thereof, in the spirit of progressive Hungarian traditions and universal rights;

- spreading of the atheistic and humanistic worldview, strengthen their public acceptability, continuing with and further nurturing the progressive traditions of the Association of Hungarian Free-Thinkers (founded is 1905);

- not in the least, to faster and emphasize the important role the knowledge, that is, science, learning, humanistic thinking are playing in the society.

Some of the more important activities of our Association:

The most important activities of the Association are documentation, information and coverage on all areas of interest to Humanists and Atheists in line with our opinions, use and publication of pertinent articles, presentation of our Association's objectives, in all levels of our society, especially within the youth.

We will seek to actively participate in any programs, debates, scientific and public forums where we could represent our opinions.

Conductive to our Association's progress, we are contacting and maintaining ties with Hungarian and international Organizations, Associations, Institutes, of similar social philosophy.

Our Association is also providing assistance to its members in issues related to its activities
